The Pointe Tapatio is a gated community connected with the Hilton Pointe Tapatio Cliffs resort. Resident owners get a discount card good at the Hilton resort. Currently the card can be used for discounts on greens fees, pro shop apparel, and restaurant food.

The Pointe Tapatio condo community includes about 391 units on 22 landscaped acres. Most are apartment style condos, although there are about 2 dozen ‘villas’ that include about 1400 square feet and a 1 car garage.  Parking for the condos is assigned and covered.

The community has 3 heated pools. The largest is centrally located; two smaller pools are on the East and West ends of the 22 acre community. All pool care is included in the monthly HOA fees. Each pool area has a kitchenette with propane gas grills, tables & chairs, covered picnic style seating, and an inj-ground heated jacuzzi. Pools are gated and residents are issued one key.

We’re located close to hiking at North Mountain Preserve. Many residents walk through the community to the hiking trails.
